According to initial reports, law enforcement officers responded to the fairgrounds after receiving multiple calls about possible gunfire. Fairgoers were seen running for safety as police secured the area and worked to determine the source of the incident.
As of now, officials have not confirmed whether anyone was injured, and no arrests have been announced. Investigators are reviewing surveillance footage and interviewing witnesses to piece together what led to the reported shooting.
