Disney Contemporary Resort Suicide – Authorities are investigating after an individual was found dead at Disney’s Contemporary Resort at Walt Disney World in Florida.
According to reports, the incident occurred earlier this week when the person was discovered unresponsive at the resort. Emergency crews were called to the scene after guests reportedly witnessed the incident and alerted authorities. Despite swift response efforts, the individual was pronounced dead at the scene.
Preliminary information suggests the death was the result of an apparent suicide, though officials have not released the person’s identity pending notification of family.
The Orange County Sheriff’s Office is leading the investigation, and no foul play is suspected at this time.
