Josh DuClos was a partner at Sidley Austin LLP, working in the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practice groups in the Century City office. His reputation was that of a lawyer of exceptional intellect, unwavering integrity, and a spirit of mentorship.
In addition to his legal practice, Josh was an adjunct professor at Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, where he taught courses in Mergers & Acquisitions.
