Remembering the Life of Leonardo Ritter

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Leonardo Ritter, a young agricultural engineer whose life ended far too soon. Leonardo died on Monday, September 2, 2025, in the state of Mato Grosso after courageously fighting for his life in the hospital following a serious car accident.

On August 27, Leonardo was involved in a tragic accident that left him critically injured. He was hospitalized in the ICU in Rondonópolis (MT), where doctors worked tirelessly to save him. Despite the efforts of medical staff and the prayers of family and friends, he sadly did not survive. His passing has left a profound void in the hearts of many who knew and loved him.

Leonardo’s story is one of dedication, kindness, and deep connections. As a talented agricultural engineer, he was known not only for his professional abilities but also for his generosity of spirit and his readiness to help others. He lived for his family and carried with him the values of hard work, humility, and compassion.

Though based in Mato Grosso, Leonardo had also lived in Sidrolândia with his family, where he formed lifelong friendships and left behind many fond memories. His father, Walmir Ritter, was the manager of Coamo Sidroland for many years, and the Ritter family has long been a respected and cherished part of the community.

Leonardo leaves behind his beloved wife and their baby son, who was the joy of his heart. Friends and family remember him as a devoted husband, a loving father, and a young man always surrounded by friendship and affection.
