Chicago, IL – July 31, 2025 — A 27-year-old man died Thursday evening after falling from the 22nd floor of the LondonHouse hotel at 85 E Wacker Drive in downtown Chicago.
Chicago Police responded to the scene at approximately 7:00 p.m. after reports of a person falling from the upper floors of the building. The man landed on the street level and was quickly transported by emergency personnel to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
The circumstances surrounding the fall remain unclear. Detectives from the 1st District are currently investigating the incident.
Authorities have not yet released the identity of the deceased, and no further details have been provided at this time.
