SAN MARCOS, Texas — Authorities are investigating a deadly shooting that occurred late Friday night in downtown San Marcos.
At approximately 10 p.m. on November 1, 2025, police responded to reports of multiple gunshots on the Square near Kissing Alley. Upon arrival, officers discovered three victims suffering from gunshot wounds. All were transported to area hospitals, where one of the victims later died.
Investigators are currently searching for two suspects described as Black males. One was last seen wearing a black hoodie with white lettering, dark pants, and dark shoes. The second suspect was wearing a two-tone jacket — black over a lighter gray — along with dark pants and a beanie.
The suspects reportedly left the downtown area in a four-door silver or gray Audi A3.
