Todd Kazanowsky Toms River NJ death-obituary – Todd Kazanowsky, 51, has sadly passed away, leaving behind a legacy of service, laughter, and loyalty that will be remembered by all who had the honor of knowing him.

Todd was a man of honor — a beloved friend, dedicated officer, and proud father. He began his law enforcement career with the South Toms River Police Department and later retired from Wall Township Police. Even in retirement, Todd’s commitment to his community never wavered, as he continued to serve as a SLEO III officer with the Toms River Police Department** at Intermediate North — or “West,” as many still remember it.

The son of a State Trooper, Todd was raised with a deep sense of duty and integrity. But what truly set him apart was his infectious personality — his ridiculously loud laugh that could fill a room, his wild sense of humor, and a sharp wit that kept everyone on their toes. If you knew Todd, you loved him. It was that simple.

He was fiercely loyal — sometimes to a fault — but always genuine, always present, and always ready with a joke, a helping hand, or a word of wisdom. Todd didn’t just serve his community — he *lived* in it, loved it, and gave it everything he had.

Above all, Todd was a father — a role he cherished deeply. His legacy will live on through his family, his countless friendships, and the stories that will be shared for years to come by those who laughed with him, stood beside him, and loved him.

Todd Kazanowsky was a great man — and he will be missed beyond words.
