A retired engineer with Conrail Railroad, Vincent’s career was grounded in dedication and technical skill. He served with distinction as past president of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and held active membership in various labor and fraternal associations, including the United Transportation Union, the Depew Polish Falcons Club, Longshoremen’s Local 928, and the Grain Scoopers Local 109.
