MINNEAPOLIS — Authorities have identified the individual who opened fire Wednesday morning at a Catholic school in Minneapolis.
According to report, the shooter has been identified as 23-year-old Robin, formerly Robert, Westman. Law enforcement sources confirmed that Westman’s mother was employed at the school.
Investigators also revealed that just hours before the shooting, Westman posted a manifesto on social media, along with a video showing a firearm with the words “kill Donald Trump” written on it.
Authorities continue to investigate the motive behind the attack and are working to piece together the events that led up to the shooting. Officials have not released details on injuries or potential victims.
The investigation is ongoing, and more information is expected to be released as it becomes available.
